Rethinking Long Island Housing

Long Island is one of the best places in the world to live without exaggeration. With all the magnificent beaches, local and wholesome communities and acres of pristine wildlife and beauty it's definitely the place to grow up and raise your own family. Long Island however is being destroyed through several different factors. Urban sprawl is taking away the natural beauty, high taxes are scaring off the younger generation and Long Island housing is primarily restricted to one family households. It's becoming more and more apparent that in order to preserve everything we love about Long Island we must begin to think differently about how we live and operate in our lives.
